Mix one scoop of Demo Day with 10-12 ounces of cold water. Amount of water can be adjusted to suit your taste preference. Pre-workout: consume 20-30 minutes prior to training. Intra-workout: sip on throughout training. Post-workout: consume within 30 minutes after training.
